Attached is a copy of the letter sent to the Townhouse owners and an excel spreadsheet which identifyies the exterior colors approved for use.
The colors that were selected are Duron paint colors. The formulas are for one gallon of Duron Weathershield paint. You are not required to use Duron paint or the color selected for your townhouse. However, should you wish to deviate from the selected color, you must submit an Architectural Change Application and wait for approval prior to painting. You must submit a color swatch with your application.
